Life Coaching -Designed to support you in personal growth, relationships, career, and/or spiritual growth. In coaching you will choose a short term 3 to 6 month goal, to focus on during our initial sessions. Your personal commitment to development and intent to apply transformational strategies is an important factor in your preferred outcome. All sessions require a collaboration of personal design and focus.
